The ILuRS Product Center is responsible for the maintenance of the International Lunar Reference System (ILuRS) and the International Lunar Reference Frame (ILuRF), including coordination (ephemeris selection, error criteria, updates).
Based on lunar and planetary ephemerides provided by different groups worldwide, the ILuRS Product Center forms a combined ILuRF solution with time series of Origin and Orientation Parameters (LOOP), ILuRF coordinates of the Lunar Retro-Reflectors and other necessary constants and parameters for users.

the ILuRS Product Center coordinates with the Technique Centers and Analysis Centers providing observations used for the validation
The ILuRS Product Center have the responsibility of monitoring the links to other lunar frames that permit the access of all users.
The ILuRS Product Center distributes the ILuRF for public use together with user software.
The ILuRS Product Center will develop evolutions in the combination algorithm either by including new ephemerides or new updated ephemerides either by considering new observations for the validation (ie VLBI receiver at the Moon surface).
The ILuRS Product Center works under the guidance of the IERS Analysis Coordinator to ensure the consistency with IERS standards.
